By using DocSimple at docsimple.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use the service.

DocSimple provides AI-powered analysis of documents you upload. We explain documents in plain English and provide action items and guidance.

Important: DocSimple is not a law firm. Our analysis is not legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important matters with a qualified professional.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Being 18 years or older to create an account

You may use DocSimple for personal and business document analysis.

You may not:

• Upload documents containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use the service to harm others
• Share your account with other people
• Upload documents you do not have the right to share

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading a document you give DocSimple permission to process it solely for the purpose of providing your analysis. We do not claim any ownership over your documents.

• Free plan — 3 documents per month at no charge
• Paid plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• No refunds on partial billing periods

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your account reverts to the free plan.

DocSimple is provided as is. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on our analysis
• Errors or omissions in our AI output
• Losses resulting from use of the service
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before any claim.

DocSimple explanations are AI-generated and may contain mistakes. Nothing on DocSimple constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice. Always verify important information with the original document or a qualified professional.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@docsimple.io

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
